1 General Provisions
1.0.1 The code is made for ensuring the quality of battery pack installation project and promoting the improvement of technical level of construction and ensuring the safe operation of battery packs.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the construction and acceptance of the Valve Regulated Sealed Lead-Acid（VRLA）battery packs with voltage of 12V and above as well as capacity of 25A·h and above，so does the Nickel-cadmium alkaline battery packs with voltage of 12V and above as well as capacity of 10A·h and above.
1.0.3 Besides complying with the standard provisions，the construction and acceptance of battery packs shall meet the current relevant standards of the nation.
